• Protect your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

4. Subscription & Billing

Free accounts are free forever for basic features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

5. Refund Policy

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days. After that, we offer prorated refunds for service issues at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

eMID Global is a tool to help convey your medical information — not a substitute for professional medical care. We are not liable for any medical decisions made based on the information displayed.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where eMID Global is registered.
